great spot for park views and local dining options
I loved being so close to the Binder Park Zoo, which made for an amazing day of exploration, and with Cereal City Grill just a short walk away, I enjoyed some delicious local eats during my stay.

Staff went above and beyond during my stay. The front desk team was friendly and helpful, making my wedding trip feel special.
The room had some noticeable wear and tear.

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Lisa went out of her way to congratulate me on my wedding, providing a warm welcome. The king room with the sofa bed was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality pillows. On the downside, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which might inconvenience some guests. Also, there's no complimentary breakfast, but the options available, like the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, were quite handy.

The kids loved the nearby Full Blast Water Park, and I found the hotel very clean and modern, which was a definite plus. The check-in staff was friendly and made settling in easy, making our stay enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be more kid-friendly.

Modern and Clean Stay
I was impressed by the modern and clean interiors of the hotel, with comfortable beds and a nice flat-screen TV to enjoy during my stay. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, making the process smooth. However, it was a bit inconvenient being placed on different floors from my team during the soccer tournament.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was pretty spacious and had a modern vibe. The bed was super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I liked that there was a small fridge and a nice flat screen TV, too. Overall, it felt fresh and clean. The layout was easy to navigate, but the Wi-Fi could be better as it was spotty at times. Not the most exciting room, but it served its purpose well!

The shuttle service was a major letdown. instead of the advertised simplicity of calling for a ride to local attractions, we got a number for a cab company which felt misleading. Additionally, the door lock mechanism caused security issues, as we awoke to find our room's door propped open, making it unsettling to think we had an unsecured room all night. Management's lack of a substantial resolution for these issues, like just offering a bottle of water, felt inadequate given the potential risks involved.

We had a lovely stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and adapted tub, and the beds were incredibly comfy! The indoor swimming pool was a great way to unwind after a long day. The cozy courtyard with a fire pit was a perfect touch. Just a heads up, there were some minor wear-and-tear signs, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

Big rooms and comfy beds!
The room was spacious and super clean, with a seriously comfy king bed. Service was super friendly, and we loved hanging out by the outdoor fireplace. The bistro was cool too, with made-to-order meals. Just wish the pool wasn’t so crowded—definitely could use more space for swimming.

Family with kids best time!
The staff was super friendly even though it was packed and they were overwhelmed I saw them going out of the way to help my friend who had two kids check in early while we ate lunch in the lobby.
Wasn't cheap but considering the chaos it was still acceptable.

Comfortable Stay for Family Gatherings
We had a family wedding and enjoyed the spacious lobby, perfect for catching up with everyone. The rooms were spotless and cozy, ideal for relaxation after events. While there's no free breakfast, the coffee shop offers great options for a quick bite. Just be aware of the lack of bathtubs if you have small kids!

The Courtyard provided a spacious and well-appointed room, complete with a beautiful stand-up shower. The amenities, including the indoor saltwater swimming pool, were a great addition. The lobby had a modern bar and offered a full breakfast, which enhanced the overall experience.
